Product Details:
Straightening of my hair so that the flyaways lay straight. This is the second time I own this product and had exactly the same problem. The product does not hold a charge to be charged very very frequently. You could be in the middle of doing your hair and the red light turns on.
Update: I was so surprised that the seller reached out to me, with their sincerest apologies & offered a refund. I am grateful for companies like theirs who took responsibility.
Update: Well I spoke to soon. The seller did reached out to me a second time but decided instead of a refund they would send another product. And I was given a tracking number that doesn't work. So, I tried to find any information on what they are sending me, like order number. But no information on Amazon. Shocker!!!!
Update part 2: Well, I was mistaken and this company came through. I just needed to be a little patient, even though I could not follow the tracking. My replacement product did arrive on time. And I can't wait to try it. This company did keep their word and I am truly grateful
