Luckily the item inside works as described. A little too heavy to stay in place, but generally doing good.
UPDATE: Company was very prompt in replacing item, excellent customer service. New item works well however the zipper is still sewn inside out so if prior middle unzip incident happens again I will not be able to try and realign to re zip. Hopefully it will not happen again 😉. Otherwise very pleased with the product.
