Ripped after 1 year

Bought this 1 year and 4 days ago. While it was amazing while it lasted, about 6 months into my purchase it started squeaking on the left side and now today it ripped and got wrapped around the rotating head stopping it from working.

Does what it is supposed to do, but could be designed better

Decent product. Quite easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.: massage your neck/shoulder, rotation goes to different position, heat option....More
Decent product. Quite easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.: massage your neck/shoulder, rotation goes to different position, heat option. After heavily using it for 2-3 weeks, the moving part started to grab the cover fabric. I am not sure how long it will last before the fabric will get ripped. A few things could be better: (1) the shape is designed just for neck. It will be nice if it can be adjusted for lower/mid/upper back too. (2) A strap to hold the massager would help rather than having to hold it all the time. (3) the cord is pretty long, but it would help to make it longer and sturdier.

Overall, decent product but hoping for some improvements for the next product. My biggest concern is that fabric might not last long-I will update this review if it rips.
