It's held a charge much longer than I expected. They do slip off whenever I'm removing my glasses/sunglasses, so be aware. I definitely am not able to sleep with them.
The magnet works well. I haven't had any situation when the earpieces fell off during charging or storage. And, I'm a klutz....I've dropped many times, but they still are working just fine without a a scratch.
