I love how each recipe is organized, with ingredients, directions, and dosages all on the same page, making it easy to follow without flipping through the book. It covers a wide range of health concerns, perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
However, I wish there were dosage guidelines for children to make it even more comprehensive for family use. Overall, it’s a fantastic guide for natural healing that I highly recommend!
